Shipping

We aim to ship orders within 5-10 business days.

Shipping is free for orders over €100 within the Netherlands. For orders under €100 we charge €6 shipping costs. Different rates apply for international orders.

We provide tracking information so that you can track your order.

Return

We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if you are not satisfied for any reason, you can return the item within 30 days of receipt.

The item must be returned undamaged and in its original packaging.

The costs for returning are for the customer, unless the item is damaged or defective reception.

Once we have received the item in good condition, we will refund the purchase price, exclusive of the original shipping costs.
